Project involved development of aesthetics including bridge railings, walls, monuments and special fencing which included artwork from local school children. Presentations were made to the County Commissioners regarding visual enhancements. Our landscape architects worked closely with Adams County staff on visual mitigation measures for adjacent property owners during both design and construction.
