The 39th Avenue Greenway and Park Hill Open Channel is one of four integral projects that provide a comprehensive approach to flood control in the Platte to Park Hill: Stormwater Systems program.
Goodbee is providing utility design and coordination for this major stormwater infrastructure project. Our team developed 60%, 90% and RFC utility plans for CCD ERA review and Denver Water submittals at 60% and 100% for Denver Water review. To ensure a smooth design process, we facilitated weekly utility task force meetings, one-on-one meetings with affected utility companies, and developed Work Orders and Design of Relocation Acceptance Letter (DRAL) for over 150 utility conflicts.
