GOODBEE’S DESIGN-BUILD PRESENCE IN TEXAS

The North East Texas Regional Mobility Authority (NET RMA) Board of Directors recently selected CH2M HILL to deliver the Toll 49 Segment 3B project, a new 9.7-mile toll road connecting Tyler, Longview, and Marshall, Texas. Scheduled to open to traffic in summer 2013, the estimated $75 million project is expected to take approximately 30 months and will connect Texas State Highway 31 with Interstate 20. CH2M HILL is partnering with Goodbee & Associates for utility management and coordination services, R.K. Hall Construction for asphalt paving, and Landtech Consultants for surveying. The Goodbee team looks forward to working on another successful and challenging Design-Build project and expanding their presence in the state of Texas. (Goodbee holds a DBE certification through TUCP, the Texas Unified Certification Program).
