In addition to utility inventory and research, the company works with Prime Design Consultants to develop the utility plan sets for all phases of design, including preliminary design, final design and final bid package submittal. Utility specifications and Project Manual data are prepared to ensure a comprehensive design set of plans for the owner. In addition to plan development, utility coordination, utility clearance finalization and utility agreement negotiation are also provided by Goodbee & Associates.
