Design Build Consultant Services

With a focus on getting the job done in a cost-effective and efficient manner, and with a skill set that enables us to cover all utility-related aspects of a job, Goodbee & Associates are truly experts in the area of Design Build and utilities.  We have provided utility services on the largest design build jobs in the Denver and Colorado Springs area, including COSMIX, T-Rex and E-470.  We have worked for the Design Build Contractor as Utility Design Manager and Utility Coordinator, and have also worked for the Owner as Project Oversight Engineer.  We understand the nature of design build, the fast-paced challenges and the extensive coordination and communication needed; we understand that utilities can “make or break” a project.
